Maroon 5 lead singer, Adam Levine, has hinted that he will not be returning as a coach on The Voice anytime soon.
Adam Levine had been one of the four original coaches that started on The Voice show in 2011. He, Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green and Christina Aguilera ran the show for its first three seasons.
After CeeLo and Aguilera left, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton continued running NBC’s The Voice. However, after its 16th season, Levine stopped appearing as a coach.
The organisers announced that the Maroon 5 vocalist had parted ways with The Voice and he has not appeared on it for its last three seasons.

When CeeLo Green and Christina Aguilera left initially, they returned infrequently before eventually stopping completely. Fans likely thought this would happen with Adam Levine.
However, when a fan asked him on Instagram if he would return as a coach on The Voice, Adam Levine wrote; “no thank you?” This is the first time that the singer is giving such a direct answer to inquiries about him returning to the show.
Many fans of The Voice are of the opinion that the dynamism between Levine and Blake made the show worthwhile. Dedicated fans may have no option than to give up hope of ever seeing the duo together on The Voice.
Wow
The Voice will survive this.
I miss Adam on the voice show….
