Taliesin Jaffe was born on 19 January 1977 in Los Angeles, California, to Nina Axelrod and Robert Jaffe as Taliesin Alexrod Jaffe. For those who didn’t notice it, Taliesin has both his mother’s and father’s surnames. His grandfather is the famous screenwriter George Axelrod.
