Toke Makinwa gives her assistant the shock of her life by buying her a car [watch]

To celebrate, she gifted her personal assistant a car.

The coup was pulled at Toke‘s pre-birthday party which took place on 30 October in Lagos.

Toke took to her Twitter page after to share that buying her assistant a car was the only thing that would have made her happy. She wrote:

“I already knew what I wanted for birthday present as I turn 35, buying my assistant a car was the only thing that’ll make me happy and I thank God for the grace to be able to help her start her life. She got the keys last night.”

As part of the celebrations for her birthday, she also shared a vlog dedicated to talking about it. Titled ‘Goodbye 34, Hello 35,’ she captioned it:

“We have so much fun together on the vlog, I share some very intimate, deep and honest feelings with you all. Thank you all for the constant support, thank you for coming on this crazy wild journey with me, I hope 35 is even more grand, I pray we get to grow together and share more insightful lessons as we power through life. Happy almost birthday to me.”
