Tacha goes on TBoss’ Instagram live to explain her disappearance from Instagram [watch]

A few days ago, Tacha’s Instagram account disappeared from Instagram. A search for it returned a ‘user not found’ response.

Many people on Instagram speculated that Instagram had deleted her account because people reported it.

But Tacha herself has come out to clear the air. She was on former Big Brother Housemate, TBoss’s Instagram live video where she explained that she disabled her account because she was shadowbanned by Instagram.

She went further to explain that because she was gaining too many followers – as many as 3,000 – a day, Instagram felt the need to restrict her account.

Tacha has also been in the middle of some drama with Mercy over an award advertised by Starzz Awards.

Lists went around, urging people to vote for their favorites when Tacha and Mercy were nominated for Emerging Celebrity of the year.

It so happened that both Tacha and Mercy won the award, with Mercy winning Emerging & Most Industrious Celebrity of the year and Tacha winning Emerging & Most Creative Celebrity of the year.

Tacha came forward after receiving her award to thank her fans and tell them to desist from voting for her for an award in which she does not ask for their votes.

She also alleged that the award was split between the two women.
