The Oyo State government has revamped Gospel artist, Yinka Ayefele’s ‘Music house’ that it wrecked in 2018. Ayefele offered his thanks to the Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, for rebuilding the once-devastated ‘Music House’ supposedly estimated at N800m. He took to his instagram handle @yinkaayefele to impart his gratefulness to a card, saying “Thank you sir, we appreciate you”.
The card read, “The management and staff of Yinka Ayefele Limited is using this medium to thank his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi for rebuilding the music house.”
Following Ayefele’s thankfulness message, fans complimented Ayefele on recovering the house yet included that the annihilation was unnecessary, in the first place.
Online life clients went ‘wild’ when the Oyo State government annihilated the Music House for supposedly spurning state lodging rules by in August 2018.
In spite of the fact that Ayefele denied infringing upon the law, the state government prevented receipts from claiming any court order limiting them from crushing the house. As indicated by Ayefele, the structure, which likewise housed his radio station and music studio, spoke to 20 years of his diligent work. The case got wide attention and fanatics of the artist argued for the administration’s help with remaking the structure as the annihilation seemed to be ‘unreasonable’. The Oyo State government regarded the calls and in Nov. 2018 started reconstructing the Music House with the desire for finishing before the end of 2018. Remember the singer sued the government for threatening to demolish the building before it was finally demolished. You can read the story here .
