The judge, Justice Muslim Hassan made the forfeiture order on Wednesday following an ex parte application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In the application, the anti-graft agency alleged that the naval officers, who were attached to the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency as guard commanders, acquired the properties with proceeds of fraud.
The properties are a three-bedroom terrace duplex, located at Lekki Gardens Limited Phase 4 Lekki-Ajah and a five-bedroom duplex in Lekki, Lagos.
Aside the houses, the court also ordered the temporary forfeiture of about N11m found in the bank account of a company, Lakewood Garden Ventures Limited, said to be linked to Aneke and his sister, Jimmie.
After ordering the temporary forfeiture of the assets, Justice Hassan gave anyone interested in them 14 days to appear before him to show cause why the assets should not be permanently forfeited to the federal government.
He ordered the EFCC to publish the order in a national newspaper to give interested parties the benefit of knowing.
He adjourned the case till 16 April 2018.
