Tiwa Savage’s One video returns to Youtube following ‘unfounded copyright claims’

Video streaming platform YouTube has restored Tiwa Savage’s video for One.

Sidomex reported that the video had been taken down after Nigerian singer Danny Young accused the female singer of intellectual property theft and went on to file for copyright infringement against the song.

He has also reportedly gone ahead to file a copyright infringement lawsuit against Tiwa and Mavin Records.

In response to his claims, the video had been yanked off the streaming service and was unavailable for fans that had tried to listen and enjoy the visuals. However, in a new turn of events, the music video to the song has now been restored on YouTube after the claims by the third party was regarded as “unfounded”.

Following a successful 2018, Tiwa Savage had closed out the year with the release of the KillerTunez produced record in December, thanking God for all the success that has come her way.

Tiwa took to her Insta Stories to announce the news. Check it out below.
