Guess who has a shocking new haircut? The What Do You Mean singer debuted a new look on his Instagram Stories yesterday. He cut his hair all the way down, leaving only a buzz cut.
The new hairstyle change comes only a few weeks after the 24-year-old was spotted getting his hair trimmed with his 21-year-old wife Hailey Baldwin.
Beiber also shaved his head in 2016 after previously rocking dreadlocks. The hairstyle was not a fan favourite.
