She is billed to star in a new romantic comedy titled American Comedy. It looks suspiciously like it was inspired by Meghan Markle’s spectacular love story.
The movie follows Rae who will play an American woman who moves to London, finds herself drawn into a world of wealth and high society, and falls in love in a very unexpected way. The script was written by Amy Aniobi who has worked with Rae previously on Insecure.
America Comedy is set to be directed by Stella Meghie and produced by Paul Feig and Jessie Henderson.
