The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 10 new cases of Coronavirus, which were discovered in Lagos and Abuja.
According to the NCDC, seven of the new cases were recorded in Lagos while three were confirmed in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. bringing the total number of the viral infection n Nigeria to 184.
The, new cases, reported to have been confirmed by 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 2, 2020, skyrocketed the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country to 184 and Lagos to 98.

However, 20 patients have recovered and have been discharged from centres where they received treatments.
The disease has also spread to 13 states in the country, but so far, only two deaths have been recorded, which means that there are 162 active Coronavirus cases in Nigeria as of 8: 00 pm 2 April 2020.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State governor, Jide Sanwo-Olu, had announced to the residents that 11 more cases in Lagos have been discharged.
