Offset has been known to refer to Cardi B as his wife, and it turns out he was not just using the word loosely, they are actually married. As a matter of fact, they’ve been for nine months.
When Migos won Best Group Sunday at the BET Awards, Offset said excitedly: “I thank my wife. You should thank yours.”
Cardi B says she wanted their marriage to be a secret. “This why I name my album Invasion of Privacy cause people will do the most to be [nosy] about your life. Well, f—k it,” Cardi B twees on Monday after a TMZ’s report surfaced claiming she and her fiancé secretly tied the knot.
“There are so many moments that I share with the world and then there are moments that I want to keep for myself! Getting married was one of those moments! Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other, was one morning in September we woke up and decided to get married,” she writes.
