Beyonce and Jay Z welcome birth of twins

There is as yet no official confirmation from the couple but Beyoncé’s father, Mathew Knowles, tweeted a congratulatory message. “They’re here!”, he tweeted. “#beyonce #twins #jayz #happybirthday”.
